I wanted some pointers, feedbacks and opinions on what would be the BIS (best item slot) for this character which can do well in PVP and PVE, thanks.

Pve use 100% pure. Shield 120 bsol, summer bsol finesse

PVP is Nice use shield 148+24  (armor / cuepy / summer )

Cuepy Costume? is that the BIS armor for ATA? How about Phantom armor?

The Cuepy gives you greater range, which gives you an advantage when attacking the enemy; I don't think Phantom Armor would make much of a difference these days. While wearing armor is good when you're playing at a disadvantage, you can create your own build that you feel more comfortable with.

I ran some tests, and I know some players who tested it too Phantom Armor isn't worth using.

I tried using the Phantom Armor + Shield 148 combination and, even so, the effectiveness isn't good.

 

Basically, you'll be switching between these 3 combinations:

• Cuepy (+ shield 124 bsolm) = Range (PVE)
• Summer (+ shield 124+24) = ATK Speed (PVP/PVE)
• Armor 148 (+ shield 148+24) = Tank (PVP)

yes Throne Set
