Hunting without the golem?

I know the golem is pretty useful for hunting. However I'm not a big fan of playing with minions.

 

So, my question is simple:

 

Can I have any hope to solo hunt in maps like ice (and later the other lvl100+ hunting maps) without the golem?

Maybe using Metal Armor instead of Maximize to improve defense, and spending points into Magnetic Sphere instead of the Golem to improve dps?

Yes you can but you need to pot health alot, and some Monsters hit you twice before you can pot. SO more dmg

golem will be useful when u are 12x+ already

 

for now, just focus on training.

 

this are skills to be used:

 

PA 10

Spark 10

MA 10

S. Shield 10

compulsion 10

Magnetic 10

 

others,... put on grand smash, mech. wpn mastery to use for Quest

Other classes tank less than you and hunt, of course you can do it without the golem.

 

It sucks, but it's possible.

Spark mech can hunt very good, can kill 4-5 monsters with only spark.

I think this may sound crazy since everyone usually say spark is bad for hunting. But since I want to try to hunt without the golem, I may give spark a try (as soon as I reach enough level to go on a hunting map, only 85 for now).

 

I'll try both Physical Abs and Compulsion maxed for tanking. Then use Spark or Grand Smash (have to try which one deals more 1x1 damage), plus Spark Shield and Magnetic Spheres to complement dps.

I'm 118, so i cant test on higher map

At ET2, i can kill 8 mons in 5 minutes. I dont know that quick or slow but i think it's ok, not bad for spark.

Yea, for ET2 it seems OK.

 

But from CT3 ahead it won't work anymore.

Unfortunatelly your reply make no sense, this is about hunting, wich does not include crowd control.
