I tried, but the bank account only serves to remove money from your PayPal account if you have

That doesn't make sense. Unless it is somehow different because you live in Brazil. But you should still be capable of synching you bank account with PayPal and thus should be able to put money on your account as well as remove funds from your account.

Yeah, it's just work with the  International "Conta Corrente" , the " conta poupanca" it's not international so you can't send your money to paypal with that debit card.
