Actually I think some darker colors would fit more, maybe black/red? Or maybe it would be too much like the 120 shield that way...

You could go with green and black as your colors, to make it not that close to the 120 shield. The neck size to me is bang on, you don't want that part to be too big otherwise it throws off the rest of the shield in terms of size.
