Question about gear..

I see this guy named Thor that's lv80+ wearing all Lv80 gear, and his sword is gemmed above anything I have ever seen.

So.. He said these items drop from "Rasha Boss", is this true? Can I find a full set of 80 gear from 1 Rasha boss?

Also, can I get sheltoms above Murky\Devine\Celesto to do this Gem on my items like Thor has on his?

That's strange he literally just told me 30seconds ago that he found it from Rasha Boss.
