Could I use the rune to repec the non spec items?

Could I use the class rune to make it become spec?

Following new stones:

1. Base Rune, droppable from all monsters that also drop Dagaz

2. Spec Rune, droppable from all monsters that also drop Dagaz

3. Requ Rune, droppable from all monsters that also drop Dagaz

4. Fallen Star, drops randomly (not from monsters) in the Morion Forests, only at night

5. Super Dagaz, Super Jera, Super Nied and Super Gyfu. To get these, you must smelt 4 normals with a Fallen Star. Example: Smelt 4 normal Dagaz with 1 Fallen Star at the Master Arad NPC, in Phillai Town. You get a Super Dagaz.

6. Class Runes (Fighter Rune etc). Only obtainable from events (and HellsGate) and Coin Shop NPC.

 

Usage Runes:

1. Bring 1 Rune (Base Rune, Spec Rune, Requ Rune or Class Rune) and 2 Super Respec Stones (like Super Dagaz) to Master Shalon, the Manufacture NPC.

2. Place your item (weapon, armor, etc) in the left slot, place the Rune + 2 Super Respec Stones in the right slots.

3. Press + to start manufacture process

 

The Runes have these effects:

1. Base Rune: Only restats the base stats of an item. Does not change the spec stats or requirements or spec. (Can not be used with aged/mixed items)

2. Spec Rune: Only restats the spec stats of an item. Does not change the base stats or requirements or spec.

3. Requ Rune: Only restats the requirements of an item. Does not change the base or spec stats or spec.

4. Class Rune: 25% chance to change the spec of the item to the class of the Rune. If failed, you get your normal item back unchanged, Runes are lost. If success, the requirements will be perfect if the item was perfect before change spec, otherwise random requirements.
