There is a problem uploading profile picture.

So instead of using Upload an Avatar, try to use "Specify avatar by URL".

 

Okay here's the step-by-step guide on how to put a profile picture.

Step 4: Search an image via Google and click the picture

 

 

 

Click the "Full-size Image" and copy the url (.jpg) (.png)."
