Anyone tried Spec Rune yet?

as stated above, i dont know if its working.

i understand that passing rate is 25%.

my friend failed 8 times in a row.

unlucky or bug?

well im not sure what items he respec.

but since it works for you then im sure the rune thingy is working.

Fyi, spec rune and class rune are 2 different things.  Spec rune changes the stats of an item if the item has  a class spec and is 100% success. The class rune is the one which changes the class of the item (ie fighter to mech) and this is the one with 25% success rate.
