+10% ATK POW (same as ANY ATK POW additional) it's useless to Magical classes, they don't have their skill's power based on ATK POW, that's why exist their Skill Formulas! and +1 speed bonus does not affect most of Magician and Priestess' skills. Death-Ray our main 1vs1 skill, per example, is NOT affected by +1 speed bonus.

 

About fight the n00biest MS of rPT's server without crowns, *I will say again* crowns are USELESS, it provides no help at all, even when I own both crowns (+10% ATK POW / +1 Speed Bonus) it does not affect my char.
