Anyone experience graphic delay on this latest patch ?

I see a lot of lag cause graphic delay after new tier-5 release, the ping seem look stable not causing lag or any problem and I think possible graphic delay.

As previous 2 version, everything look really good but this new version cause really slow moving and slowing down the mouse motion.

its imposible to me to go BC my pc got freeze everytime,  i dont know if it only for the tier 5 of AS, the freeeze is continue. i thing 3 /4 minutes and freeze...

Before the running up patch it is froze the screen for couple second and after the latest patch release the issue not occur for froze the screen. But it is really lag, the mouse and graphic motion kind of delay seem like it is lag. But ping stable, I don't think it is lag cause of connection but of graphic
