Now it's adding true HP and 30% is still high. It's not the same as 30% damage reduction but it still a high aumont of HP.

 

It's pretty noticeable and in my opinion it still abusive, not that much like 30% damage reduction, but still it is abusive in some ways.

vl should only be 30% hp nothing more if you cant survive with that the you really need to consider changing your gear i have prs when i lvled her i could lvl any map solo and tank ^^

I know that, but the 10% extra is just for NEW maps.

Example: U reach 110, and can go to Ft1. You have 110 gears; but u still cant tank -> Extra 10% Abs helps.

then stay at md3 to 114 like alot of people does if i remember right my prs could tank ft1 when i was 110 not hs thou that i tanked at 114 and getting an tank isent that hard can also do etq 1 prs is always good to have there too if your low lvl if you cant tank with -10 abs only then you cant with it either its not that huge diff just get 110 gear and mix it or buy mixed alot of people sell 110+ gear cheap as hell so and even if you dont have that go 2 people thats definitly not hard to get and then you share the damage so kinda you can see it like 50% damage reduce so vl stay 30% hp nothing ells at least what i think ^^
