Why had an account banned by IP is not in about banned by using botting?

I do not know why?Wartale silent again convicted of my account due to IP, but in all other account login has not banned the use of botting?

I did not have anyone to borrow my laptop and I do not use Wi-Fi for gaming. 1 1 3G internet laptop.
