i am planning to buy staff for my mage, and i notice that perf MAGIC APT (15) is hard to find with 0-0 atk pwr.

 

does it really matter? does it boost something with my attack? (speed or range) or still a bug in PT history.

or i just go for 0-0 atk pwr staff

magic apt is only used to mature your skills faster.

Therefore, it's useless
