im wondering if there is posibility to get the +20 on any armor or weapon from gms ? is it possible to exchange the one you have with +20 and pay the difference?

I think it's possible to exchange a +20 item for another item +20 but the one you own have to be perfect and yes there is a fee you'll have to pay.

Use one of the Aging Stones (10% to 40% fail reduction chance) that you can get at the NPC

That's cheaper but you have to collect the sheltoms yourself
