Is there a way to drop this quest or is there an easier way to complete it?

Go to Mystery Forest 1, just leaving Atlantis, and hunt a Bronze Boss Hopy.

 

Then go to Mystery Forest 2 for the Silver Boss, and then to Mystery Forest 3 and hunt the Golden Boss.
