1. Healing is reduced in power in the official pt by 85% (wasn't at all inwtbefore this patch)

2. I wasn't paid anything for reducing the healing power, like Quant likes to claim

3. Healing was ruining Siege War completely (just like spamming crystals by PN, which we fixed (oh Quant, this means selling alot less premium crystals))

4. The healing power was reduced manually in an earlier siege war when JF was attacking so actually JF has the BC by an adhoc solution to the problem before
