Uhm Enough so i can make CS and Ae and Vague 10? or atleast 2 Tier 4 Skills.. Kinda sucks now i cant make the Build i Use.. Why dont we have more EP i just noticed it its Kinda to low.. Okay we dont need to have all skills 10 but to make a good build i need atleast 2/3 tier 4 skills 10.
