Hi, im new to fs, i checked the other threads but they are very outdated, so the question is, to lvl up should i lvl cyclone? also whats the deal with tier 5 skill, use that plus swift axe?

Inner soul can be used simultaneously with swif axe. So its something like conc and SA at the same time
