What is the best mix for staff and wands

The answer is No.

 

Magician and Priestess don't have Critical strikes.

How attack rate influences the skills of magician? Makes difference have 300 or 1200 of attack rating? I never see some difference in Exp Maps, and my level is too low to get into PvP.

 

The last question: its better mix or aging into Oracle Wand (Lv 104)?

Attack Rating only affects magician on PvP since Death Ray hits the monsters every time.

 

Aging is always better, however it's much more expensive.
