Could someone explain how to run this tool?

 

download from the link provide -- run the tool --- tick what is the item you want it to show -- search yourwtfolder and patch it.

 

Load in game and drop some jera or what so ever you like to test it.

This tool would be nice if it would flag items over lvl 100... basically items you cannot find in a NPC... Ive never had a problem using A in any map over Ice1 and over.. since even mass kills dont drop insane like anything Iron2 or below.  But it would be nice in hunting maps to flag stuff over lvl 100 because thats what sells in private shops.  I am obviously still only lvl 116 so my hunting maps still drop stuff you can buy NPC.  I basically memorized the list of items over lvl 100 that are worth picking up.. this is just a cheat.  Not extemely important.. but would be useful.
