Should work for you now think because your doing it in drive C you need admin privileges which I've set up to do automatically when loaded as long as you update it.

try downloading the tool again that might work. If not there's two things i can think of why it's not working

1, it's getting blocked (maybe antivirus firewall or main firewall)

2, your running the tool from your documents the tool that is downloaded is to find the update and download/run the application.

U don't need to copy this in your rpt folder, just copy it to your computer.

Open the tool, search realmpt folder in the searhc option and click on patch.
