Some question about +20 item.

I intend to buy a donated sword 110 +20. But I am confused about the aging system. If the sword is +20, the damage should be 109-140 or 110-141 ? The age step from 19-20 will increase the damage of the sword by 2 or 3 damage ?

age 10-19 increase 2-2

age 20 increase 3-3

Thanks for the answer. But I see many people show me 109-140 dmg sword and said that it is donated. Can you explain that to me because the Extreme sword min max is 78-109. So the +20 sword should be 110-141 right ?
