What skills I should put in lvl 10 first? Chimera,Amazon Rage or Javelin Mastery?

My build is geared towards leveling.

I'm not an Atalanta, but I would choose for Javelin Mastery since it's a boost.

I'll do some analysis of the skills, and see which is best for each type of build, if I get some good conclusion I post here (I saw that is missing a few things about atalanta, I'll try to help .) But thank you for your attention. ;D
