Is it really dropping from lava/magma golems in k.cave ?

I'm hunting them for a hour and yet nothing drops.

some quests are pain in the ass when it comes to drops but yes they do drop there but might take a while some a lucky some are not

I think the Magma Rock doesn't drop in Kelvezu Cave. Go to Stone Collector in Atlantis Town to check this.

They do drop in Kelvezu Cave.

However, if you are below level 100 you can buy the Magma Rocks in Atlantis - Visit the Stone Collector
