nope Q is designated as it is..only killing the mobs get 2xp..u get 2xexp from killing mobs during Q but exp from Q will be the same when done.

Well, I completed the Prison Key quest on my 9x archer, and it didnt got 4b xp, just 2b.

party quest will be doubled, but those kind of quest i don't know.

Only party quest's exp gets increased during exp event normal quests stay the same. or else some quests will be incredibly overpowerd lol king fury quest would give 200b

lol i did CT3 quest and got 60b instead of 30b so there you go exp event is working on party quests too.
