Asking about Class Rune

I intend to buy boots AS BSM 128 then use rune FS to change it to Fighter Spec. But the problem is that the boots requirement is 100 agi. If I use FS rune class, does it change the agi requirement to around 7x or remain 100 ?

 

And one more question, can I use the Requirement Rune and Super Dagaz to change the requirement of an BSM Item ? Or it is only applied to clean item ?

There is another problem. After changing it to FS with around 7x agi, can I use Requirement Rune to change the agi requirement to lower ? I mean whether I can use Requirement rune, spec rune and stats rune on a MIX ITEM.

I understand Requ Rune is my best bet, but the things is can I use it on an Item that have been already mixed ? The website only show clean item but no one confirm in can be used on mix item.

Yes, you can. Only base rune cannot use on mixed or aged items
