Somebody know if summer clothes can be re-spec?

i want re-spec a magician clothe in to a MS. is possible?

Yes its possible to respec but it is randomly spec.

but is one chance (MS) in other 8 : KS/FS/PS/ATS/AS/PRS/MGS/NS i think more easy loot some money to buy a clothe ms ready  ;D

the water aspect of the suit isn't anything. since it is summer the gms thought it would be fun to just add a water element into the game to celebrate summer.
