1.  If you have 1000 mana compared to 100 mana, then does the 1000 mana have faster mana regen?

2.  How much does 1 stat point in mana and 1 stat point in health add to the regeneration of mana/health? Example 1 state point = 0.1 (just guessing)

Mana amount does not influency mana regen.But, technically,

more mana you have = more time to regen MP your acessories ll have(while you spent and spent more mana)
