in BC vigor ball  dun have demage Ms have i think for ya use MS

Actually VB has added +WP modifier as MS dose not, the more WP you have the greater VB damage.

 

But who knows how much damage boost VB has over MS, someone needs to test it.

 

VB hits 2 times 100(+WP + min Wand *8 ) - 100(+WP + max Wand *8 )

 

MS hits 1 time 100(+min Wand AP*4) - 100(+max Wand AP*4) 7

VB ftw . When the change is made, I would go for VB instead of MS =D
