Error Reports

Some players are sending alot of Error Reports with a strange error code.

 

I suspect it has something to do with Windows XP and only happens when the game closes.

Since I don't have Windows XP I can't test it.

 

So I'm wondering if anyone here has this issue and is willing to help to solve its cause.

im using windows xp, but im not experiencing those errors when i close my game.. its just that every time i open rpt launcher it says error and i just click close to continue loading the game. Anyway how to fix this?

Ahh, I had that error too, and I use Windows 7.

 

It's not a big deal, only annoying (annoying like Amnesia).

I used Windows 8 in my notebook months ago and It was fine too.

I have that as well and I am ashamed to admit I have windows xp still and I think im on service pack 1. I  never update, long story. I also get disconnect server 2. but I assume its my mifi. when it crashes unfortunately I always choose not to send error report. I thought the problem was my old pc. I would like to help but im afraid I am not very technical.

+1 hasn't happened since the new patch to me.

 

scratch that I switched back to 7 64bit that's prolly what solved it

I have this problem since version 3310. I thought it was just me, and also clicked a lot of time "send error report" and therefore did not create any topic about the error (had already been sent to the team). I use Win XP Service Pack 3. (And also i think my PC is infected by an virus.)

 

With me only happens at the first time i launch the game, relog is working. It's only annoyng, because i can log after close the window.

've just got twice 5' ago and 3 times last day , don't know why. 1 time target to babel, 1 time after got babel hp i'm using tier 5 as skill, 1 time at ricarten when someone run to my pointer (mouse). usually happened when core , teleport or doing nothing.

This error also occurs to me when I enter the game and when I leave I use XP

me too. even with normal exit in game it still appears..perhaps it has something to do with autoban or any realated problems?

i have it almost every day.. and im using windows 7 (if needed: professional x64 bits)

but in my case i just DC and that message appears.. never on log on or log off

I have got the same problem for at least 2weeks, the error report table appears all the time even though i dont get any crash.

OS: Windows XP service pack 3

1. Start Windows.

2. Run <launcher> first time: that warning windows popup. I never choose <Send Error Report>, just close that window. The <launcher> continues running as normal, i can type ID and password and can login in game as normal.

3. Run <launcher> 2nd time: that warning windows does not auto popup. Everything running as normal

4. Run <launcher> 3rd time: got the status same as step 2

5. Run <launcher> 4th time: got the status same as step 3

..............................................................................

2n+1. Run <launcher> 2n th time: got the status same as step 3

2n+2. Run <launcher> 2n+1 th time: got the status same as step 2

 

* Note: I have got that problem from the previous patch (3310 or 3312, I could not remember exactly), not from current patch 3313. Eventhough I use wifi or LAN cable (I run on different 2-3 PCs/laptops, at home or at working place) , I still got the same above problem.

i think this is already fixed in the current patch during the maintenance conducted a few hours ago.
