You can start reading about how to make signature in the following site:

Search for Signature tutorial.You must have photoshop installed in your computer to make signatures (It's the best program to make it, imo).

 

Read more and more about how to make signature and it will be easy to make good signatures.

But you should start with speed art if you are new. It's simple.

Seriously I still prefer photoshop than others.

 

When I was new I did start with photoshop D: Not so hard to understand each tool.

 

Just download it in your main language then it will be easy to use! Also there tutorial that explain how to use each tool from PS.
