Realm Skill Points

Hi,

 

I just played RPT and currently at level 92. I just wondering if my pris have lost the Realm Skill Point (RSP) for Tier 5 Skills since I only have 6 RSP. Devine Force Lv 1 and Ice Meterorite Lv 5 and no RSP left. Is this normal because firstly i thought there should be 1 RSP after 2 level?

on lvl 102 you should have ice meteorite 10 and df 1. your rsp are ok
