I sent you an article on 5 days ago. In which I discuss the PRS account 51% of his 140 stolen by hackers. in that day I sent a message to you but you still ignore my loss and handle the entire article of other players.

If you really can not solve it for me would you please reply to let me know, irresponsible attitude and do nothing of makes you lose players like my accout discomfort , urgent and worrying about your account as well as the items go together account. I wonder if the 5 day period so there will be something to be able to account

GM wish to consider and respond to early for me, if the VN we have always been treated good and not unfair, if you act the sooner we can not lose that much .

I agree with you.

 

We can  understand GM have their real life, but that is exactly the problem about the GM support.

 

We dont have the full-time GM for support in this game.

 

When a  hack account case happens, the most important thing is to catch the hacker as soon as possible, and help the vitim to recover the account and items.

 

But now we can notice from the support sections, those kinds of cases about hack, GM always took  serval days to handle of the case, and at last, only account NAKE could be recovered. We even dont know if GM really have got the hacker and banned them----because if GM did, why there is only a char NAKE can be recovered?

for me, i really dont have such a strong mental capacity to accept the result--I tried my best to do everthing, but didnt get good support. And at last, i got a NAKE char back.

 

It is  hard for mt to restart again. Not only because i am hurted, but also i dont have the patient to equip the char again.

When we lost item, hacker have some money from sell item. And everybody like do hack acc from friend, brother.we can lose friend , brother ( in game) and we can't bellive every one

when the help came too late or things become more complicated when GM answer all posts by other players but not me.

We need more staff imo.

Not just admins, also Forum Moderators who moderate the complete forum, and not just 1 single board.

 

Also another admin would be highly appreciated, like someone from Brasil, Vietnam, Pinoyz, etc... Ofcourse they have to speak fluently English.
