When will Shadow Clone release ?

6 months ago, before I was off, I remember GM noticed Shadow Clone will be released. Now after 6 months this skill is still locked. So when will it release

Without Shadow Clone, noone want to play PS because lacking hunting skills :'(

Until now buff Venom Spear or release Shadow Clone is the only way to make PK better in PVE high lvl maps. Now no one wants to pt PK for undead quest => It's hard for PK to level up
