Can Shields Lose Block % if it De-ages???

Hey guys, I bought an inferno Shield a while back that had perf 21% Block. It de-aged 3 times on me getting it to +16. Now that it is +16 it has 28.5% block. Shouldnt it have 29% block? Can you lose Block % if an item de-ages?? Thanks for reading.

Shouldn't be able to, no. When it de-aged, what aging levels did it change between?

 

Edit: Nevermind, shouldn't matter. There is no change in the aging block bonus from level 10 and up.

Darn, thats disappointing, I Paid so much for a shield with Perf block and somehow the stats have changed. thanks for the input Crius.

Would be interesting to find out the cause though, if you're sure it actually had perfect block to begin with. Defense of armor, robes and orbs may decrease due to some floating point issues, but half a percentage unit of block shouldn't just disappear.

I agree I would love to find out what caused this, and to see if there is a way to remedy it. I unfortunately dont have a SS of the Shield when it had Perf block so it's hard to prove my case.
