How to keep using" RENGENERATION FIELD" WHEN ALT+ TAB TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT?

I'm not sure this is actually allowed. It's dangerously close to auto-attacking, only for a support role.

in the past, you can do it.

But now, for preventing afk from game. Wartale make it not possible. When you move your mouse go away a screen or press alt+tab. You will fall.
