Archer's attack speed

Hi guys,

 

Would anyone please advise me on Archer's attack speed?

 

Currently my archer is at level 88 and her attack speed is only 4 (her char status) .

 

my character status is : (no buff)

 

atk rating : 1285

atk pow : 122 - 190 (thunder bow min )

speed : 4

 

 

my agility is 237

talent 83

 

My equipment is only the Thales armor and the thunder bow.

 

I look at the skill list and see that the Wind Arrow adds the attack speed 2 at skill lv.1  . I wonder if I max out this skill, my character attack speed would be increased permanently?

 

Besides, the Perfect Aim adds the atk rating and atk pow, so If I max out this skill, will it affect my character attack pow and attack rating permanently?

that speed is running speed, higher level boots increase the speed. Your attack speed is 7-8 (bow gives the atkspd)

Permanently, no. It adds atk spd when you use the skill and no to the last question.
