Look like the ISP from OHIO State University. I could get an zombie result better than that.

 

This speedtest doesn't tell you better result when you access to the game. The better result when you choose the server at Amsterdam (Netherland) because the game server locate at Amsterdam

Otherwise, if you do the test like default what you have. This crappy just choose the closest server test you have and result give you just local (Metro Network).

Look at this result, ISP: is the internet provider I am using and Server: is test server at Amsterdam - This result tell you better result to access the game. Ping 136 ms, this is normally result when I am ongame and get this ping result
