few questions about skills and tier5.

i read somewhere here that u dont have to buy all the skills to be able to buy any more advanced skill ... but when i tryed i couldnt... is this really possible ?

and about tier5 is it already avalible ??? because i em lvl 80 now and i own a realm skillpoint but i couldnt get the quest ! ???

 

could someone plz answer me ?

The Open Play patch unfortunately does not include full Rank 5. After a midweek a Skill Balance for T1-T4 will be added to balance these skills, also a new set of mixes will be added to replace old ones. One week after the Skill Balance the Rank 5 Quest will be opened to public and users will be able to play the quest together.

If I've understood correctly, that's the case for t5 skills only
