does it only add absorption rating against undead monsters?

cause when i use it, i don't see any boost on my stats

you don't see the boost, and the added absorption is against any monster

and another thing is that it adds the Block of Divine Shield

just try it and you will see the diffrence for sure, well if it's at a high level anyway
