at your lvl you should get boss set 1 (Kelvezu Amulet, Vrings and DGS)

and about axe 122, clearly axe 122 +20 is better

Set boss 3 + axe 122 +20.

 

You will lose some str points using set boss 3, but will gain +HP +abs +rec HP at all.
