Is This The REAL REASON why RPT is still in Maintenance?

I see this topic in unban request section. if its true that sockhead is the one releasing the patch then he wont release the patch until he is unbanned? and some people immaturely laughing at him instead of consoling him ... i guess PT will have a long maintenance until they find another one to release the patch if this is true.

yeah it will but what im implying is if its true that sockhead's the  one who is releasing the patcher. didn't you notice it no update from RPT as to when the server will go back to life.

so  the reality right now is : no sockhead = maintenance?
