Mech Helmet

Hi guys i just noticed that there are some mech with diferent helmet than mine, i would like to know if i forgot a quest or something like that. im 119 and i saw some 119 mech with that helmet.

Yeah, there are 2 different T5 helmets... Official T5 Helmets and RPT's T5 Helmets. You can change it by using a potion that you find at Atlantis, same npc where you change hairstyles, last item in the shop.
