Jump would be better, because he can make mistakes sometimes, more vanish (80% dmg) + jump +  eye killer if he gets to critical, certainly kills.

i test venon spear  lvl 10 + jump crash lvl 10 is good

For me, pvp in pike is Vanish + Eye + CS + CL's, nothing more. A powerfull combo attack

Btw, jump can do a cool critical sometimes >

Then, Jump Crash > Ground Pike.

Both skills are useless, but if your enemy is using a lot of ice then try to upgrade passive instead, might be surprising.

JC LvL 10 = Atk Rtg Boost 80% , Damage Boost 100% , MP Usage 43 , STMUsage 52 , Upgrade Fee 9200 , Delay None

 

And Add +30% damage for demon monsters.
