Anyone know where to find Endurance Elixer? Can't do my quest ://

Hey guys,

 

Does anyone know where I can find the Endurance Elixir that I need to finish my 8x rank-up quest?

 

I'm suppose to get it from Goodboy Longo in Ricarten, but a giant pile of snow is covering him (see pic below)

 

 

I already made a post in the support section, but I thought I'd try some of you guys here and see if you could help.

I can't remember if it's Acasia Grove or Mushroom cave. If you already have the Energy Flower then you can probably figure it out. Someone confirm pls, I have bad short term memory...
