If you know the process, you know that I need to know WHERE is the file, and how to open in PS, I can't open to edit, and I don't know where I can find the files that I want to edit, because I can't open it.

 

And I want to recreate some skins, models, yknow... I want to know, if you want to answer me, where i can edit it? blender? 3ds max? I want a link with a download free if your know where, cuz it's just for my personal enterteniment... not comercial..
