GM help me here with tier 5

Hello gm. I wanted to know when new skills are released. I play with a archer and I feel wronged by it only having one skill liberated, while Atalanta and mechanic has 3 skills.

I just wanted to know if the rest of the layer 5 was forgotten and will not be released, if it will even get to play with Atalanta. :'(
