Why 100 Q weapons were removed?

Why 100 Q weapons were removed? I made pure prs and realized there is no 100 Q weapons, gotta stick to obi wand then.

believe me, 90% people like more xp otherwise lv 100 Quest weapon dude, pure prs dont tank a lot like prs whit lv 100 full equiped whit gem, i think xp is better.

I have already leveled up 4x char lvl 100+, and xp is not that much, if you are lvl 100, lvl up is realy realy easy, I think that Iten of 100, that you win on quest fury would be better, But would be nice if we could respec and mix/age the itens
