Mech ranged and tank gear

When a mech is 12x and was used as ranged 110 to 120... does the mech have enough skill points to cover all tank skills needed for CT3?

 

Ranged weapon also require lot of agility witch boost attk rating and deffence rating.. so my main question is:

You can have all automech and tank skills up to level 10 on 12x.

And yeah, you can use the min agi req for your bow and min str req for your armor, but i don't recommend it.

I tanked with my 132 mech for fun in a ct3 quest on automech build (no armor, no hp) and it was a pain in the ass. Don't do it if you won't drink HP pots like hell.
