Whats the best level for it, considering that it gives bonus to diferent skills depending on the level ?

depends on ur goal...

if u wanna pvp get lvl 10 shuriken (+10% to sm)

lvl 8 shuriken for tanking (+5% blk to weapon defense mastery)

aannnnd lvl 7 for exp (+100% range to tornado)

 

i prefer shuriken lvl 10 cuz it makes my sm stronger

Is this mean that all the skill buff are also usefull because of lvl 10 Shurekin? Or the buf only for lvl 10 is the SM?
